We operate out of two premium data centres in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and are able to provide you with professional services above and beyond the standard offerings of a bare rack and a network cable. Our dedicated team is operational throughout the night and are on standby to assist you.
100% Uptime. We guarantee to the best of our abilities to provide you with 100% connectivity and power. Should we fail to do so, we will reimburse you according to our SLA.
Remote Reboot. Should you need to kickstart your server with a reboot, just let us know and we’ll have it up and kicking again in no time.

Where are your data centres?
We use AIMS in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and Telekom Malaysia in Cyberjaya.

What services do you provide?
Aside from the standard rack, power, cooling and bandwidth, we can assist you with rebooting your server and providing managed services on demand. Other network facilities such as firewalls, redundant machines and backup servers can also be provisioned.

What is a U rack unit?
Our servers are housed in a rack (that looks like a techie closet with glass on the front). The height of a standard rack is 42U, and servers are typically measured by their height in multiples of 1.75 inches (or 4.45cm). This corresponds to 1U.
