Our History

Our founder Alex Lam named the company after a value that is the lifeline of all operations until today – integrity. He also wanted to create an array of service offerings under the brand, hence combining it with city.
Two years later, Warren Tan and Jek Tan joined Integricity as partners. More help was needed as the company had grown substantially and was offering web hosting to many small and medium sized companies.
Soon after, Integricity began offering basic web design services, as customers were asking for it. Over time, under the leadership of Warren, Integricity Interactive grew into a full-service digital agency, serving some of the largest brands in the world.

Integricity still remains as one of the reliable technology companies, serving the enterprise segment of the market. The target audience remains steadfastly focused on businesses who take their web presence seriously. We still do not compete with companies offering mass web hosting, focusing on the low-end of the market.
As of 2013, Alex and Warren decided to go their separate ways (in a friendly manner!), with Warren rebranding Integricity Interactive as VLT.
It allows both of them to focus on their areas of passion, while also giving freedom to Integricity Technology to work with more agencies, as they no longer compete in the same arena.
FatServers is very much a brand of Integricity, a company with rich history and many clients, but with an even more cutting-edge focus on larger clients and better service.
As the Group MD for the Integricity family of companies, I am striving to provide personal service, ensuring clients can connect with us 24/7 via phone or emails. We will invest to raise our game and elevate ourselves above the budget hosting providers.
I will be personally contactable. I welcome your emails, be it suggestions, requests or complaints. Reach me at [email protected]
